Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into an ethnically diverse family. The father of her is Nigerian as well as Swiss as well as the mother of her is English. She was a student at The Brit School when she was 14 years old. She was a student of acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. As a student at the academy, she appeared in numerous stage productions, such as King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.

It was revealed in May 2013 that she was set to quit the show after completing a guest episode in the very first episode of season three. She starred as Tituba in the television series Salem from 2014 to the year 2016. Madekwe, along with her boyfriend for many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were wed in June of 2012. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also played a part with her in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress who was twice nominated for the Gemini Award, hails from an extensive Hamilton family. She was raised by her parents Roy and Patty and four older brothers: Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley was raised in the arenas and baseball fields because her four athletic brothers all were hockey players, baseball players, as well as both during summer and winter. Ashley had never been able to actually walk. She was a dancer. So when she was 2 and a 1/2 and a half, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley discovered a love for dancing shortly after she joined the Baby Ballet. Ashley performed in competitive ballet, tap and jazz at the top divisions. Additionally, she was awarded top soloists awards in all important dance competitions including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
