Anastasia Griffith - born 23rd March 1978 - is an British actress who is best known for her role as an actor in the FX legal show Damages, and NBC's Trauma. Anastasia was a graduate of Bristol University with a History of Art diploma before she began her training at London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She was born to a Northern Irish (also an actress) mother as well as an American father. She grew up living in West London, where she is still today. Anastasia's career has been varied and enjoyable, spanning the US and UK. Anastasia considers both of these countries as her home. Travelling wherever the wind takes her and where the work will take her! The actress appeared as a character on the ABC show Once Upon a Time in 2011 as Kathryn Nolan, the Storybrooke character, and Abigail. Fiona Helbron works as the head computer programmer at Pentillion Edge. She is a cat lover, neurodivergent/autistic and loves Sherlock Holmes.
